Abstract: Significant research in the second half of 20th century revealed strong correlation between education level of employees and economic success of companies. That leads to conclusions that human resources role and investing in education are key factors for achieving goals of economic development for companies and national economies. Human potential represents the most important driving and creative force of organization systems. In globalized economy, companies are forced to improve their work continuously in order to maintain competitive positions. Therefore they must invest in education of their employees in order to keep up with all changes, new technological improvements and information technology. Today, in economy world, human resources require investment. Only properly educated employees motivated for work, applying innovations and creativity can accomplish projected goals of corporations. Today we live in a world which is radically changing and influenced by various factors it is essentially transforming in the whole. Due to important scientific discoveries and numerous technological innovations world has become more complex. Because of all that permanent education represents dynamic relation between a men and a need to master new knowledge and improve creativity and abilities. That is one of the ways to discover future and vision of world. Our paper points significance of continuing education for companies and for every participant in this process. Differences in terminology and defining varies types of education such as continuing, permanent, life-long and adult education have less importance in this paper , because the focus is on essence of this educational process and its position in strategies of education.
