Sadržaj: Moderan način poslovanja nameće potrebu sveobuhvatnog prepoznavanja najkvalitetnijih kadrovskih potencijala i njihovog angažovanja na najpotpuniji način. Poslovna strategija pravnih subjekata zahteva planiranje potrebnih kadrova, pravilno korišćenje postojećeg kadrovskog potencijala kao i zapošljavanje novih kadrova. S tim u vezi je i potreba da se ispuni zakonska obaveza zapošljavanja osoba sa invaliditetom kroz procenu njihovih radnih potencijala i pravilnog pozicioniranja u radnom okruženju. Pravilna procena radnih sposobnosti osoba sa invaliditetom i njihovo zapošljavanje u savremenom načinu poslovanja pravnih subjekata daje dobre rezultate. S tim u vezi prikazaćemo primere finansijskih pokazatelja (zarada i naknada zarada) iz savremenog načina poslovanja nekih pravnih subjekata kao i mogućnosti koje opredeljuju poslodavca da izabere model kojim će ispuniti obavezu zapošljavanja osoba sa invaliditetom predviđenu Zakonom o profesionalnoj rehabilitaciji i zapošljavanju osobe sa invaliditetom.

Conten: The current method of conducting business dictates the recognition of human resources with the highest potential, and most involvement within a work scope. Business strategy requires the planning and appropriation of relevant human resources, the use of existing resources, their correct application to the work, as well as hiring new candidates. In accordance to the law is the stipulation of equal oportunitu employment. The hiring of human resources with disabilities, appraising their capabilities, and assigning them to an appropriate position within an employer’s organization. A sound analysis of the capabilities of an individual with disabilities and their employment produces positive results. We will show examples of financial metrics (wages, and raises) in a modernized way within which business is conducted, as well as the employer’s responsibilities, and options that allows the employer to select a model within which they would be able to meet the conditions of employment of disabled persons in accordance to the law that stipulates professional rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities.
