Rezime: Rad analizira gubitke u elekrtodistributivnom delu Elektroprivrede Srbije. Gubici mogu biti komercijalni (neovlašćena potrošnja električne energije-krađa), ljudski resursi-veliki broj zaposlenih radnika, struktura ljudskih resursa-nesklad između proizvodnih i neproizvodnih radnika, gubici u merenju električne energije-upotreba tehnološki prevaziđenih mehaničkih indukcionih brojila i tehnički gubici zbog neodgovarajućeg preseka vodova i snage transformatorskih jedinica. Analizom ovih pet faktora sa odgovarajućim rešenjima smanjujemo gubitke u elektrodistributivnom delu Elektroprivrede Srbije.

Ključne reči: komercijalni gubici, ljudski resursi, struktura ljudskih resursa, greške u merenju, tehnički gubici

Abstract: The paper analyzes the losses in the electricity part of the Electricic Power Industry of Serbia. Losses can include commercial (unauthorized consumption of electricity-stealing), human resources-a large number of employees, the structure of human resources-discrepancy betwen production and non-production workers, the losses in the measurement of electricity-use technologically outdated mechanical induction electric meters and technical losses ove to inadequate cross-section of power lines and substations. The analysis of these five factors with appropriate solution reduce losses in power distribution part of the Electric Power Industry of Serbia.

Key words: commercial losses, human resources, structure human resources, measurement error, tehnical losses.
