Sadržaj: Unapređenje kvaliteta rada zdravstvenih ustanova, predstavlja kontinuirani proces čiji je cilj dostizanje višeg nivoa efikasnosti i efektivnosti u radu, kao i veća satisfakcija korisnika. Cilj ovog istraživanja je da se sagleda zadovoljstvo korisnika zdravstvenih usluga u službama opšte medicine i službe za zdravstvenu zaštitu radnika u Domu zdravlja „Novi Sad” Novi Sad. Ovim istraživanjem ćemo doći do saznanja kojim parametrima su korisnici zdravstvenih usluga najviše,a kojima najmanje zadovoljni. Kao instrument istraživanja korišćen je anonimni upitnik.

This research will come to know what parameters are users of health services the most, and which the least satisfied. The survey instrument was anonymous questionnaire.
